About Aging with Grace and Purpose
Growing older is not the end of the story. It is another chapter.
Aging with Grace and Purpose began as a podcast and has grown into a collection of conversations, stories, and creative projects exploring what it means to grow older with curiosity, connection, and purpose.
I started this project because the people I met — authors, artists, musicians, educators, community leaders, activists, and others — kept telling me stories that went far beyond their résumés. The conversations here explore the experiences that shaped them, the things that still inspire them, and the questions that remain important as life changes.
There is no single definition of aging. There are many ways to keep learning, creating, connecting, and finding meaning — and that variety is the point.
The site also includes books and ideas, featured projects, and community stories, with new material added regularly as more conversations are recorded.
What still sparks our curiosity?
Who and what keeps us connected?
What new chapters are waiting to unfold?
These are some of the questions at the heart of Aging with Grace and Purpose.
