The Spark of Encouragement

April 2024, a pivotal moment occurred that would shape the future of this podcast. My co-host, whose enthusiasm and belief in our project have been unwavering, gave me the final push I needed to take our ideas from concept to reality.

The idea of starting a podcast had been simmering in the back of my mind for some time, but sometimes what it takes is a small spark that ignites the fire. During one of our many brainstorming sessions, which we had while walking in the streets of New York City, we passionately argued that our stories and the voices of the inspiring seniors we wanted to feature needed to be heard. Her words resonated deeply with me, and I knew it was time to take the plunge.

Having a co-host who shares the same vision and passion for the podcast has been a tremendous source of motivation. Her encouragement and positive energy have been infectious, driving me to overcome any doubts or fears. We spent countless hours planning, researching, and fine-tuning our ideas, determined to create something meaningful and impactful.

Our collaboration brought a dynamic and engaging element to the podcast. We complemented each other's strengths and compensated for each other's weaknesses, creating a balanced and harmonious partnership. The mutual support and shared excitement for the project made the entire process enjoyable and fulfilling.

April marked the official beginning of our podcast journey. With my co-host by my side, we embarked on this adventure with a clear vision and a renewed sense of purpose. Their encouragement and belief in our project have been instrumental in getting us to where we are today, and I am incredibly grateful for their unwavering support.
