Meet our Authentic New Yorker, Debbie
Hello!
If it's the first time you are here, thank you so much for visiting my YouTube Channel, Aging with Grace and Purpose. And if you are a returning viewer, welcome back! After some time away due to recent trips to Japan and health challenges, I'm happy to be back. This YouTube channel shares glimpses of my life journey and thoughtful conversations with good friends. Thank you for your continued support and patience! What is it about the "energy” in NYC that attracts people? What do you say if you are a native New Yorker? Thank you for visiting Aging with Grace and Purpose, a YouTube Channel for adults and maturing individuals who want to stay relevant and independent regardless of their age. Today's episode is a story Debbie shared with us, our classmates at OAT's class. (OAT stands for Older Adult Technology; it is an organization under AARP.) When I asked for her permission to release this audio file, she asked, " But isn't it the old stuff?" I listened to Debbie's story again and felt nostalgic. I thought about my late father, who would have been 90 years old last Friday (May 29th) if he hadn't passed away 14 years ago. Debbie was a great co-host of Aging with Grace and Purpose. Thank you, Debbie. I truly enjoyed the experience of starting a YouTube channel with your encouragement. I hope you also enjoyed interviewing people in the studio.
