Meet our 90-year-old Influencer, Rita Mittman!

 

Mrs. Rita Mittman, a gorgeous 88-year-old (at the time of this interview in 2024), walks graciously into Studio 40 on 5th Avenue, New York, New York.

Many seniors complain that they have become invisible; Rita is NOT one of them. Here is a story of a unique IG Influencer who still has a lot to say. Married very young and raised her family, not going back to school or starting to work until her family responsibilities were fulfilled. She candidly shared about her parents, her wonderful late husband, and her daughters and granddaughters. She says "Acceptance" is the key when asked how she fights off agism. Although physical challenges and loss of close friends and family are difficult, she is still active and proactive. Admirable lady, Rita. Thank you for coming to Studio 40.
